Background
Sandy Chen is ICF (International Coach Federation) certified PCC professional coach and Executive Mentor for CEIBS MBA program. Before transitioning into an independent Coach and Consultant, Sandy has 16 years’ senior leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies covering functions of merchandizing, business development, operations, strategic sourcing and supply chain management. She has working experiences in both government and corporate. Former Asia Procurement Director at Nike. Sandy obtained her Bachelor degree in German from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and Master degree from CEIBS Global EMBA program. She is currently pursuing her PhD degree in Organizational Development & Change from Fielding Graduate University (USA), estimated to graduate in 2021.
Teaching Experience
Sandy developed and teaches advanced ICF coaching certification course “Coaching for Organizational Resilience”. She also teaches “Change Management”, “Team Coaching”, “Stakeholder Engagement” for senior corporate leaders. Sandy delivered “Leader as a Coach”, “Career Planning & Development”, and “Wine Etiquettes in the Business World” courses for CEIBS MBA students. She is also Guest Lecturer in “Across-Cultural Communication” at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Sandy possesses various wine and spirits professional certificates and delivers Wine Appreciation courses for business people. She is also a certified Zumba Instructor and a certified ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer. She teaches Zumba in her spare time.
