Background
Fernando Gil-Sanguineti graduated as an Economist from PUCP, Perú. He obtained his MBA and Master in Economics at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. He did his Doctoral studies at IESE, Spain. He is the founder of Jamming, one of the most prestigious LA Coaching Training Schools and Organizational Development and Executive Training Consultant companies. He is also the President of Perú of ICI, the most prestigious German and European Coaching Federation. Fernando has been a Trainer, an Executive, Life, and Team Coach for more than 20 years. He received his Coaching Certifications from LIM, ICF, HCN, ICC, and ICI. He has written more than 300 articles and 6 books on coaching and OD. He is a consultant on Bioneuroemotion, Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and Licentiate of SER, a Neuroscience Assessment.
